Chinese Cupping Session
When used as a stand- alone modality, as well as focusing on treating musculo-skeletal pain, Chinese cupping can be used to significantly reduce cellulite. When the suction cups are slid up and down the backs of your legs blood circulation is increased, the fatty tissues are broken up and toxins are removed, leaving your legs feeling firmer and appearing smoother. A number of sessions may be required depending on the degree of cellulite you have.

Facial rejuvenation acupuncture to combat the signs of aging and a Chinese cupping session for cellulite reduction.

All of our massage and alternative therapies can be individually tailored to suit your preferences. You can mix and match (subject to practitioner availability) and create your ultimate indulgence. Remedial/Sports/Deep Tissue Massage
Helps release chronically contracted muscles, restores and improves flexibility and realigns posture. This massage focuses on problem areas and is recommended when you are experiencing muscle pain, spasms, discomfort and stiffness.

Shiatsu Massage (Japanese Massage)
Shiatsu is an ancient form of Japanese massage involving pressure on the acupuncture points to balance the body’s energy and promote good health.

Lymphatic Drainage
This massage works specifically on the vessels and nodes of the lymphatic system. This increases the movement of lymph fluid and encourages the healthy elimination.

Rejuvenating Massage
A full body massage, using your choice of pressure from light and relaxing to firm and deep. A combination of Swedish massage, myofascial techniques, slow deep tissue moves, trigger points and energy realigning techniques may be used to relieve stress, muscle tension and tightness. This massage also helps you to drop into your Para Sypathetic Nervous System, bringing a deep relaxation to your body, mind and spirit.

Hot Stone Massage
A massage with smooth heated rocks that loosen, warm & oxygenate muscles and tissues. The stones deliver effective tissue and muscle massage at a pressure level comfortable to the client. The client can request light, medium or deep pressure. Semi precious stones & crystals are used as part of the massage process.

Reiki and Energy Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" as the therapist channels universal ‘life force’ energy through them and into your body. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Reflexology
Reflexology is massage of the feet that aims to promote healing in other areas of the body. It is based on the principle that each part of the foot corresponds to a structure, gland or organ. Congestion or tension in any part of the foot mirrors congestion or tension in a corresponding part of the body. Reflexology releases toxins, increases circulation and brings balance to the entire system. If received regularly, the client can notice a marked difference in any specific conditions treated and general health or if received as a one off session, it brings deep relaxation and a sense of wellbeing.

AFT (Kinesiology): Sometimes bodily symptoms are (at least partially) a manifestation of unresolved emotional and/or spiritual issues. Using this powerful technique - a combination of kinesiology, energetic healing and NLP - in a safe and caring way, AFT (Kinesiology) can get straight to the core of where those emotional issues stem from; and with lots of gentleness, energetically ‘clear' them up, so that you not only end up feeling better emotionally, mentally and spiritually, but your physical symptoms can also be greatly reduced or even completely eliminated.

Akashic Records Readings: If you would love to receive some spiritual guidance, the Akashic Records are for you. It allows you to get insight, guidance and direction from your spiritual Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones about the most pressing questions in your life. Natural Fertility Consultations
This is designed for women experiencing infertility or who would like a much higher chance of conceiving or women who want to be more in touch with their bodies and learn a natural contra-ception method. Your lunation fertility phase will be calculated and given to you on a calendar for the coming year. This enables you to know the time of month when you can spontaneously release an egg and ovulate irrespective of your normal cyclic ovulation. Sometimes these two cycles coincide and your chances of conception quadruple. Your lunation phase can also fall on your menstruation, a time which most women would normally consider 'safe' for not falling pregnant.
The consultations also involve explaining how to chart your temperature readings, analyse mucus (billings method) and understand the rhythm cycle so that you become in touch with your own fertility. The session will be adapted according to weather you are trying to conceive or you are avoiding pregnancy.

Acupuncture in Childbirth is used to assist the various stages of your birth to ensure your labour progresses smoothly. Acupuncture and or acupressure is used for pain relief and (if needed) to stimulate uterine contractions so that they are regular and sufficient for a normal, uncomplicated labour. Having also experienced 2 natural and labours, Eeka also offers mental and emotional support and encouragement and takes on the role as 'doula'.
